Club Costs
$2.00 per week, includes shoes and 1 1/2 hours of bowling.
2008-2009 Lincoln East Bowling Club Information
INFORMATIONAL MEETING If you are interested in bowling for East High School you are invited to attend an informational meeting. This meeting is intended for ALL bowlers both Federation and Coaches. This will be held Saturday, September 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the meeting room (basement) of Hollywood Bowl located at 48th and Vine Streets. Parents as well as Students are encouraged to attend this meeting. If you are interested and are not able to make this meeting, please contact either Scott Munger at 484-8377 or Paula Denton at 486-0122. We hope to see you there.
The club meets every Monday at Hollywood Bowl (48th and Vine Streets) for practice at 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The cost per bowler is $2.00 per person. This is a minimal cost to cover the lane usage and shoe rental only. Bowling club participation is year round.
The bowling club is open to all students grades 6th through 12th. If you know a student who is attending Lincoln East High that might be interested , please help us pass along this information. Maybe even bring them to practice with you.
This is a new and very important opportunity for Lincoln East High. Most importantly we expect to have a lot of fun. Every year the Lincoln East High Coaches elect Varsity and Jr. Varsity Bowling Teams. With the Club in tact and experienced coaches, our goal is to give every student the ability to try out for these elite teams and to gain the experience Lincoln East High needs to compete with the other Lincoln and surrounding area schools.
Fundraising
This will be done mostly in the "off" season to help with costs of tournaments, practices, and at some point uniforms.
